The Story
Stetson grew up in New York. Cheesecake was everywhere — every deli, every diner. Then he moved to the Midwest and couldn't find a single one that was the real thing.
So he made his own. Friends asked for one. Then their friends. Twenty years later, he's still the only person making it.
